The steps
We set a time slot (on site, phone or video) at your convenience to discuss your project. To contact me, click here .
Visit and inventory of the property (focus on all the points to be enhanced and improved) - measurements taken if necessary and photos. Duration: approximately 1 hour on site
Receipt of a quote within 48 hours after the visit.
We realize:
Costing of small renovation works (painting, small DIY jobs, etc.)
A list of subcontractors (painter, person in charge of repairs, etc.)
Monitoring small jobs
A 3D layout plan
Unlimited 4K realistic photos
A 360° view of one or more redecorated rooms so you can visualize the changes to be made.
Delivery of items (.jpg format and URL link for 360° view) approximately one week after ordering (depending on the surface area).
Proposal of furniture and/or decorative accessories to enhance the accommodation - provision of a detailed shopping list (price and purchase link included) according to the defined budget.
Includes management by us:
Ordering the chosen furniture and/or accessories (after receipt of the call for funds from the relative budget)
Receipt and assembly of furniture (including kitchen and bathroom furniture) - within approximately 3 weeks of receipt of the call for funds (excluding any possible delivery delays).
Staging: final installation of furniture and decoration.
